Dr. Jennifer Merthe-Grayson, PsyD

Dr. Jenn is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of the Merthe‑Grayson Center. She specializes in anxiety, couples therapy (Gottman + RLT), sports and performance psychology, and OWCP psychological services for federal employees across Ohio.

She also serves as the practice’s clinical supervisor, guiding predoctoral and postdoctoral fellows through advanced clinical training and ensuring the highest standard of care within the practice.

Dr. Ashley is a postdoctoral fellow practicing under the supervision of Dr. Jenn. She offers telehealth therapy to children, adults and couples throughout Ohio, with specialties in trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, grief, and relationship issues - including communication challenges and trust repair after infidelity.

Her therapeutic style is direct, supportive, and practical - ideal for high‑functioning individuals who look like they’re holding it together but feel overwhelmed beneath the surface.
