Introducing qEEG-Guided Neurofeedback

At The MG Center for Psychology and Wellness, we are committed to offering thoughtful, evidence-informed services that support whole-person wellness. That’s why we’re excited to begin offering qEEG-guided neurofeedback as part of our growing range of supportive care options.

Neurofeedback is a form of brain training that uses real-time information about brainwave activity to help the brain develop more efficient patterns over time. When paired with qEEG technology, this process becomes more individualized, helping us better understand patterns of brain activity and tailor training in a more intentional way.
