Dr. Ashley McWhorter is a postdoctoral fellow practicing under the supervision of Dr. Jenn Merthe-Grayson, PsyD. She provides telehealth therapy to adults and couples across Ohio, with particular focus on people who look like they're holding it all together - but feel overwhelmed underneath.
Her work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), giving clients practical tools for emotional regulation, insight, and meaningful change.
