Dr. Conor Sukhdeo, Ph.D.

Postdoctoral Fellow

Dr. Conor Sukhdeo is a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Merthe-Grayson Center for Psychology & Wellness. He approaches psychotherapy with curiosity, collaboration, and respect for each client’s autonomy, attending to the experiences, relationships, and circumstances that shape their lives.

Clinical Approach

Dr. Sukhdeo’s work emphasizes understanding each person within the context of their relationships, history, and social environment. Therapy provides an opportunity to examine recurring interpersonal patterns, explore questions of identity and meaning, and clarify how clients wish to respond to challenges and transitions.

His approach integrates psychodynamic, existential-phenomenological, relational, and socio-cultural perspectives, alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy. This range of orientations supports a collaborative exploration of both current concerns and the broader patterns that influence emotional well-being.
