Dr. Jenn Merthe-Grayson is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of the Merthe-Grayson Center for Psychology & Wellness. She serves adults, couples, athletes, and high-performing professionals across Ohio through evidence-based, results-oriented therapy.
Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Jenn also serves as the center’s clinical supervisor, providing oversight, mentorship, and case consultation to predoctoral and postdoctoral fellows as they complete advanced training in clinical psychology. Her supervisory role reflects her commitment to high-quality, ethical, and developmentally attuned clinical care.
Dr. Jenn integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and performance psychology, offering clients a grounded, effective, and flexible approach tailored to their goals.
