Dr. Jennifer Merthe-Grayson, PsyD
Dr. Jenn Merthe-Grayson is a licensed psychologist and founder of The Merthe-Grayson Center for Psychology & Wellness. She specializes in working with individuals, couples, and athletes seeking meaningful, lasting change.
Her approach integrates evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy, attachment-based work, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. She also provides sport and performance psychology services, helping athletes and high-achievers build confidence, manage pressure, and optimize performance.
In addition, Dr. Jenn works with federal employees and injured workers through OWCP, providing evaluations, treatment, and documentation aligned with accepted conditions.
As Clinical Director, Dr. Jenn provides supervision and oversight to ensure high-quality care across the practice.

Dr. Ashley McWhorter, PsyD
Dr. Ashley McWhorter is a clinical psychology doctoral graduate providing therapy under the supervision of Dr. Jenn Merthe-Grayson, PsyD. She offers telehealth services to adults and couples across Ohio.
Dr. McWhorter specializes in working with individuals experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression, as well as couples navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and trust repair. She also works closely with couples facing trust issues and infidelity, helping them rebuild connection, strengthen communication skills, and move toward healthier, more secure relationships.
Her clinical background includes co-facilitating Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups, where she developed strong skills in helping clients build emotional regulation, improve interpersonal functioning, and navigate high levels of distress.
Dr. McWhorter’s therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is known for her collaborative, direct, and supportive style, helping clients gain insight, regulate emotions, and develop practical tools for meaningful, lasting change.
She is committed to providing culturally sensitive, inclusive care and creating a safe space for clients from diverse backgrounds. Dr. McWhorter is especially passionate about working with high-functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed behind the scenes, helping them move toward greater balance, self-awareness, and confidence in both their personal lives and relationships.
